Compassion = Empathy + Action Compassion is a Think-Feel-Act process. It starts with your thoughts. Without action, compassion is just empathy. Without empathy, actions are without heart.
Sometimes people sweat over the details of what they need to do; but instead of doing that, we must always ask ourselves the reason why we are doing it. If it is really that important or critical, one will find the way how to accomplish it.
