Do Something

Have you often heard this phrase, “my thoughts and prayers are with you”?

What does it mean to you? What does it mean to your recipient of the message?

In the comic above, a person is seen drowning but is provided with nothing but a quote of goodwill and sympathy.

Have you encountered these well-wishing people in your life or have you been one? If this happens again, are you willing to reach out to do or ask for something practical or tangible to get the situation?

Sometimes, we need to do something besides just sending our condolences and well-wishes.
